SPERA Membership

SPERA members are people interested in education and training in rural Australia who come from early childhood settings, schools, colleges, TAFE and universities, parent, community groups and education and training authorities. This diverse membership is one of the Association’s strengths.

Join SPERA and contribute to its goals for the advancement of education and training opportunities in rural Australia by:

  • serving as a national advocate representing rural education and training
  • promoting state and regional delivery systems which bring about efficient and effective education and training for people in rural areas and
  • encouraging both the collection and sharing of relevant information on the provision of education and training in rural areas
