In collaboration with BHP, Uni Hub Spencer Gulf partnered with Central Queensland University to provide access to Vocational training in Early Childhood Education & Care for the Roxby Downs community. The project addressed critical workforce shortages in early childhood experienced in Roxby Downs by upskilling existing workers and individuals with essential skills and mentoring support with the aim of increasing the number of qualified educators and increase capacity of the Children’s Centre.
